Tadge has over 15 years litigation and negotiation experience across a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes primarily across contractual disputes, professional negligence, and contested probate. As a solicitor, he takes a holistic approach to resolving disputes, focussing not just on the legal issues at play but also the wider factors that have caused the dispute and will be affected by its resolution.

Tadge is a CEDR trained and accredited mediator. He is a strong believer in the benefits of mediation, in particular its ability to reduce the costs of disputes and give the parties the power to achieve a resolution that they have control over.

Having worked within the legal expenses insurance world Tadge also has a fair amount of experience and knowledge of litigation funding and insurance issues as well.
