Ralph Wynne-Griffiths

Ralph is a barrister with over 40 years' experience practising in England and in New Zealand. He has represented parties in the mediation of a variety of civil and commercial disputes.

Throughout his professional practice - as a self employed barrister from 1983 to 2008, as an employed barrister from 2013 to 2025 and as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand 2008-2012 – he has acted for parties in respect of claims for defective and incomplete work under domestic and commercial contracts and has represented parties in mediations to resolve such disputes.

He trained as a mediator in 2018 and has worked since 2020 in community mediations, both online and in face-to-face meetings. He joined the Civil Mediation Council in 2023 and recently qualified as a Certified Mediator. He is willing to act in civil disputes, especially those involving contract or professional negligence. Ralph participates in the CMC's Fixed Fee Scheme
