Professional Background

I was a partner at a national law firm for over a decade and ran a substantial Civil Litigation department with over 80 staff and handling thousands of cases. I left there in 2014 to establish my own niche legal practice.

I am a qualified and accredited civil and commercial mediator. I act as an independent mediator, and I have represented clients in mediations for over 20 years.

In my solicitor practice I deal with general civil and property litigation. I predominantly act for clients in property litigation, professional negligence, landlord & tenant, civil and commercial contract disputes and defendant personal injury. I also have an interest in the insurance industry, and in particular legal expense insurance.

• A claim involving two local authorities both disputing liability for substantial losses suffered by a farmer who had to relocate their large livestock farm.
