A commercially astute Mediator and Finance Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in public and private sectors and working with charities.
Extensive experience of building relationships across the business and resolving issues between departments, as well as interpreting complex financial matters and communicating these to non-financial people. Adept at easily reviewing large amounts of information to determine the best course of action.
Attended two mediations as a participant on behalf of a family member, giving Emma great understanding of how participants at a Mediation will be feeling about the process, and ensuring they are put at ease and are well prepared.
With her detailed knowledge of financial matters, Emma is well placed to deal with business and complex monetary disputes. She is also just as able to deal with non-financial matters, having successfully mediated a property dispute by brokering a complex agreement.
