An accredited mediator and member of the RICS Panel of Boundary Mediators. Jane has also presented on many occasions for the RICS on various topics such as Commercial Landlord and Tenant, Party Walls, Boundaries, Rights of Way and Rights to Light.

Other areas of Jane’s expertise are Restrictive Covenants, Easements, Overage, Promotion and Development Agreements, Inheritance Act disputes and contractual disputes including money claims.

Jane lives with her husband in Warwickshire. She is a black belt in Karate along with her husband and son. Jane is a keen runner and tennis player.
