An accredited mediator and member of the RICS Panel of Boundary Mediators. Jane has also presented on many occasions for the RICS on various topics such as Commercial Landlord and Tenant, Party Walls, Boundaries, Rights of Way and Rights to Light.
Other areas of Jane’s expertise are Restrictive Covenants, Easements, Overage, Promotion and Development Agreements, Inheritance Act disputes and contractual disputes including money claims.
Jane is a partner at Lodders Solicitors LLP, a Legal 500 firm with a strong reputation for advising private clients and privately owned businesses of all sizes. Jane lives with her husband in Warwickshire. She is a black belt in Karate along with her husband and son. Jane is a keen runner and tennis player.
