Charles has been a solicitor for many years beginning as a general practitioner including family law and general litigation in the county courts and magistrates courts; more recently specialising in conveyancing and probate work .
Charles has a keen interest in mediation as a means of conflict resolution. He trained in Bristol in 2002 and has since mediated in the small claims courts in Exeter and Barnstaple and in general civil disputes and has also conducted community mediation.
